The Lord has given assignments to each person, gifting them with special abilities to serve Him and His people. When each person does their part and does it well, the whole body grows and is healthy.

Jesus showed a servant’s heart by humbling Himself, obeying the Father, and serving others. From washing His disciples’ feet to surrendering His will on the cross, He showed that true servanthood is lived through obedience and love.

The Field of Assignment is the area of ministry that the Lord has called you to serve and to lead. The authority in those areas are given you by God. Any effectiveness needs to be credited to the Lord.

This Sunday, we’re leaning into a powerful word Andy Spurlin shared from 1 John 2:12-14, revealing the difference between knowing about Jesus and truly knowing Christ within us. God is calling us to grow from simple confession into a deep, mature union where Christ is formed and fully expressed in our lives.

Worship is more than a song; it’s a heart posture of obedience, gratitude, and surrender that touches every day of our lives. Today, we’ll look at four biblical examples that show us what true worship really looks like from the inside out.
