The Interlude (or Selah in Hebrew) is the time of your interaction with the Lord, where you reflect and listen and receive direction or revelation from the Lord.

Jesus said in John 17:3 that this is the way to have eternal life – to know God and to know Jesus who was sent from God. This message is about increasing in that knowledge of God through deepening fellowship with him.

When things do not seem to be going as we think they should, still with put our faith in God, knowing his Character and his goodness

Foundation and Demonstration are both found in the Word with Demonstration of the Spirit’s Power. Both are vital experiences for one to grow into the Full Experience of Salvation
